I cut down the Cool Whip on the Bavarian Cream to give it a thicker piping consistency. Everyone loved and devoured the cupcakes. I asked that they critique them and the one critique was that the topping was a little too thick. I?m going to have to play with that recipe so that when piped on top of a cupcake it?s thick enough to hold a form.
