My dad is mad on clocks so i wanted to do something special for his birthday and retirement. The cake stands 26 1/4 inches tall. The base is fruit cake and the rest of the cake is made from Polystyrene. I covered the cake with m&b brown sugarpaste, gold dust for the edges and acetate to replicate glass.
