I used the Doll Pan for the base, covered a cardboard square with fondant for the mortar board. School colors are Orange/Blue, but she wanted some purple/lime green as it is their class colors. This is a key lime cake with key lime curd filling and lightly iced with key lime butter cream under the fondant. Also having Key lime Cupcakes.
