This is a cake for a client who's daughter was graduating from nursing school. Vanilla bean cake w/ vanilla SMBC. Cake is covered in fondant with gumpaste/fondant accents. Thanks so much to "itsacake" for the inspiration and tips on making this cake. The nurses hat is made of gumpaste. TFL!
