I made this cake for coworker's son. First tier is White cake, sencond is Red Velvet, and bottom tier is Chocolate. It's all made out of MM fondant. I didn't use a stencil, I'll just say the Ex-Acto blade is my best friend =) ...It was pretty tricky getting the Maroon color I needed. I was glad to be able to pull it off. My coworker LOVED it!
