Traditional Wedding Cake with a fantasy twist. This cake was constructed with 11 individual cakes covered in fondant and decorated with pipped royal icing and over 300 hand made blossom flowers. Hot air balloon has an internal metal structure that supports up to 25 pounds of cake and fondant. The balloon was covered in pastel colored fondant with fondant drapes and ropes. The basket is made out of gum-paste and basket weave pipped royal icing. The groom and the bride are also made of gum-paste. The castle was hand made and sculpted in gum-paste. Serves 500
