Both tiers are "tuxedo" cakes, 1/2 DDCSC & 1/2 WASC with white chocolate fudge in one and dark chocolate fudge in the other. They are frosted with buttercream and the decorations are fondant and/or gumpaste. The cap and mortar are RKT & gumpaste. The university emblem on the cap is colorflow. TYFL
