The bottom was 3layers of caramel mudcake and the top was 2 layers of choc cake, I carved them both and frosted the top with a banana flavoured buttercream and the bottom is chocolate truffle icing piped up the sides to look like a cupcake wrapper. I made the fondant monkey to sit on top-the wee boys fav toy was a monkey.
