Made this for a 7 yr old boy. I put the cake in the oven to bake it at 10:30 am, made the fondant right after, then found out from his mother that she had changed the party to 2:00 pm that day! Very quick work to say the least but found out I could use fondant not too long after making it rather than it setting overnight....haha!
