Ooops... the Eiffel Tower is just a cake topper as I mentioned in the description. I made the two sides of the bow with rectangles, then concertina-folded each end making sure the outside edges were folded towards the inside. I then hung them over a plastic broom handle suspended between my dining room chairs (!) and pinched the two edges together to make a sort of loop and them left them to dry for about a week. The central piece was also created in this way. In the end, I just stuffed the central bit with
