Chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache and then covered in fondant. All figures are made with modelling paste but Harry's glasses are made from florists wire. The side of the cake is made to have turrets like the Hogwarts castle and then between the turrets are 4 spells iced on; expelliarmus, wingardium leviosar, luminos, and stupify. As you can tell my daughter is Harry Potter crazy :)
