Thanks to all for the comments! I used Satin Ice Red Fondant for the roses. That gave the beautiful red color. Some roses were made using the Wilton method and some were made petal by petal. They were attached with buttercream icing only. A rare stephanotis had a floral wire in it to allow it to stand up.
