I made this cake for my great-niece's 7th Birthday, she was thrilled with it - even though I thought the fairies were quite ugly - I will have to find another mould for the heads lol!! The cake is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, I made the little animals from modelling paste, and the tree with an icecream cone covered in fondant.
