My little neighbor kids came and asked me if I would make their Mom breakfast for Mother's Day. At first I was a little taken aback, but then one of them said "Pancake Cake", so I understood. The whole family at this for breakfast. Too cute. Cake is 3 layers of 5" cakes alternating chocolate and vanilla with vanilla bean buttercream filling and covered in MMF. I then took a tool and indented each line and painted it to look like individual layers. Seems like there are some better versions of this today and I wished I would have done what others have done, but it's all about learning for next time. Butter is fondant and maple syrup is piped piping gel. TFL
