This birthday cake was so much fun to make! The birthday girl is a 5 year old who would rather play with Godzilla and Mothra than Barbie. I knew I'd have a blast and this was actually my first cake I was paid for. I tried getting better pictures with actual equipment but alas, I forgot to check for a memory card! I tried several different techniques for this cake...the topper is made from pastillage, boarder made from modeling chocolate and the ghosts, bats, tombstones, spiderwebs and trees are all made from piped chocolate.
