A cake for my aunt.8" round White chocolate mud layered and filled with white choc ganache. Here in Australia we have only recently been introduced to Satin Ice so this was my 1st cake covered with it, and boy what a fantastic product it is. NO CRACKING. I will be using it from now on. TFL
