Are ALL of the flowers cupcakes? Oh my goodness. This is stunning. I am a teacher and would absolutely love for our faculty to receive this! :)

I use a recipe that I found here on CC for Decoraters cream cheese frosting and the buttercream frosting that uses Creamer in it (I think its the one that is most saved).
