I have enjoyed my Wilton II course very much and was determined to do a good final cake, as my Wilton I graduation cake was a disaster. I have made loads of roses and can probably do another 3 cakes with the leftovers! The cake turned out to be much better than i thought, from decoration to the actual cake itself. Prior to the course I have never ever piped a cake (or even a cookie) before...
