Baby Doll Cake

I used 8" doll for the baby, placing her on a pink fondant blanket and covered her w/white fondant blankie w/stenciled pink design. Fondant bow, name plaque, 2 and pillow. Diamond imprint on BC w/BC ruffles and roses. Sour cream vanilla w/strawberry filling.
