Daisy Peach Wedding
Made for a fairly small wedding (people really don't go in for the huge US style weddings around here, so I'm unlikely to ever have to do more than 3 tiers :-(). 6in vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream with homemade strawberry preserves stirred through it and 8in chocolate buttermilk cake, drizzled with Creme de Cacoa liqueur and filled with whipped white chocolate ganache. Covered with peach fondant, dusted with super pearl lustre, gumpaste pearlised daisies and pearls, and royal icng scrolls.
