This was the first weddings cake I made. It is a 10inch white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate buttercream, covered in fondant. The black was royal icing (as I had to transport it 3 hours) and was stenciled/piped on- it was tricky! The cupcakes were also white chocolate with white chocolate butter cream. The red roses on top of the cupcakes were made from marshmellow fondant.
