I made this cake for my good friends daughters birthday. Cake is chocolate ganache, vanilla cake, caramel buttercream and snicker pieces. The horses are hand carved gumpaste. Everything except the center support pole and the bottom of the rice crispy tent top is edible. This cake took forever to make but seeing the look on that 10 year old's face when she saw her cake made it worth every minute! TFL!!
