This is my 2nd Fondant Cake. I made this for my nephew's 4th Birthday (Dec 2009). Made this cake in South Africa while on holiday and because it was sooo hot I battled with the icing and fondant. My nephew loved the cake, so I'm happy!!! Hope you enjoy!!
