This is my 10th Fondant Cake. (April 2011) I made this for my lovely Mother-in-law's Brithday. It's a Lemon cake filled with a Lemon and Vanilla frosting. I made all the daisies from sugar paste mixed with gum paste. It's a plain and simple cake, that looks beautiful. My mother loved her cake. Hope you enjoy!!
