NONI12601, THANKYOU. TO SMOOTH THE PASTRY PRIDE I USE A BENCH SCRAPER FOR THE SIDES AND A WARM SPATULA FOR THE TOP.

2txmedics it's actually Pastry Pride. It's a nondairy whipped topping. Thanks for asking!
