This was suppose to be a three tierd cake. The base cake was damaged in transport beyond repair but was taken to the back, cut and served. I had just enought "emergency" icing to repair the second layer. Thank goodness Mr Caudills family was very understanding. I was more upset than they were. Very stressful day and althought they didnt get the three tierd they wanted they loved the end result.
