a first attempt at a cascade of roses. I had no idea how many roses I would need so I made lots and ended up using them all! Certainly found the chocolate flavoured fondant more difficult to get smoothly onto the cake but overall I am pleased with the result. I especially like the colour combination. If anyone has any advice on how they do a cascade of roses then I would be very greatful to hear from you
