This cake was made with the help of my best friend for her niece's birthday. She sculpted the penguins out of fondant and I made the trees and cake elements. The igloo is cake covered with icing and fondant squares. The "water" is piping gel. This was a fun cake to make and our most recent one, we are def getting better with practice!!
