Thank you! The sugar ice, in this case, is just a simple recipe, consisting of 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1/2 cup of white corn syrup. Heat it in the microwave for about 3 minutes depending on your microwave--just check it after a minute and stir and then keep checking until done. If you heat it too much, it will start to turn yellow. Then pour into greased trays or onto foil and let cool.
