Cafe Du Ville
This was my 12yr.old Stephany's first try on a BCT. She chose to use my utensil holder for a template..I'm very proud of her, she even had to look at the utensil holder and draw it on paper..No carbon copy..I forgot to tell her about flipping the image twice so that it would come out exactly like her picture...But we both agree she did an amazing job..I think I got her hooked..She is working on the hulk now.. Now my other daughter (13yrs. old) and niece ( 16yrs. old ) are wanting to get involved.. WOOHOO!!!

Go Stephany! That's a great job! My 15 yr old took wilton course 1 w/ me. The instructor was so proud that a teenager was doing a class. Then she found out 3 more teens were in the class!! We need to pass on the cake decorating tradition to our kids!
