This was my second wedding cake, from two years ago. I can't believe how much I have learned since then. I take something away from each cake I make! Double ring topper provided by bride, flowers are from my garden.

I have another square cake to do in May, grooms cake this time. I plan to by straight sided cake pans and I will be using Italian Buttercream instead of American (crisco/butter) Buttercream.
