Mardi Gras cake for a co-worker's 21st birthday party. I'm disappointed with the pictures a little, because the main colors of this cake were purple and turquoise - not blue!! Top tier: strawberry daiquiri with rum butter cream filling; Middle tier: pink champagne with strawberry champagne butter cream filling; Bottom tier: white chocolate raspberry with whipped white chocolate ganache filling. Covered in fondant with fondant accents. TFL!
