This was the first heart cake I have done. I was very pleased with it. The only thing I do not like is the green for the letters. I was going to do the letters in pink icing but I ran out, so I had to use green

Great looking cake especially the roses! Please accept this comment as positive...you're next one will look even nicer if you can clean off the excess frosting from your board and try to make your pattern on top without any points on the curves. I like the green color, it gives contrast. I learned in a class that if you want a green that compliments your flowers, add just a LITTLE bit of your flower color (pink in this case) to your green a little bit at a time till you get the color you want.Great jo...
