Baby Shower 2011 on day before Easter. Cake was requested as Brandy soaked cake. MIxture of Buttercream and cake scraps to build up cake to desired shape on two sheet cakes. Buttercream icing was frozen on wax paper then rubbed onto the cake to get fondant-like appearance and viva papertowel rubs were used to smooth the texture. Airbrushed with pearl. Pink chocolate buttons adorn the dress and make design at bottom. The lace was a fondant sheet cut with a ribbon cutter and belt was pink marshmellow fondant with a buttercream rose. Tooling with star tip white buttercream.
