This cake was made for a 35th birthday party for a hunter. Customer gave us free reign over design, she just wanted a buck on the cake somewhere. We made this two tier cake top tier chocolate with buttercream icing, bottom tier vanilla with buttercream icing covered in fondant. The leaves and twigs were made out of fondant, and the leaves were airbrushed for detail. The deer head was also made out of fondant and airbrushed for detail.
