Final project for Gum paste and Fondant with Colette Peters class
Three tier fondant covered cake. Cake topper is a gum paste oriental peony flower with ivy leaves. Top tier has a fondant/gum paste mix ruffle and daisy rope boarder in center of ruffle. Middle tier has a brush embroidery flowers and double overlapping string work top boarder and a string extension bottom boarder. Bottom tier has 8 swags/drapes and 8 tails. bottom boarder is a ribbon.
