I made these Easter Basket cakes for my parents and my mother in law. Carrot cake with buttercream icing, fondant accents. The eggs are chocolate speckled eggs, and the chicks and rabbits are marshmallows that I found at Walmart! Oh yeah. the calla lilies are gumpaste.
