I made this cake for my son's 35 th birthday celebration. He is a member of F.A.I.T.H. RIDERS motor cycle group that is a Christian outreach ministry. This is a 10" , 2 layer chocolate cake with buttercream frosting & fondant accents. The top trim is crushed oreos and the bottom trim is chopped up oreos.
