Vanilla sponge layer cake made for my mother for Mothers' Day. Decorated with white fondant icing and peach and yellow roses in a posy on top and the sides decorated in a 'smocking' design bordered with a sash made out of fondant. The board was iced and decorated with loose rose petals or peach and yellow colours.
