This was for someones Birthday who loves everything Irish! The inside is also a Rainbow!! Took 6 different layers of cake. If I ever do this again Ill use more pudding mix to help the cakes be stronger for weight of the multiple layers. It was a big hit, I was even asked if one of our local cake shops had made it :D Was a nice pat on the back.
