Make this cake for a friend's birthday. Bottom tier - lemon cake, torted with lemon filling and middle layer was homemade raspberry filling. Top tier - white almond sour cream - torted with the same raspberry filling. Covered with chocolate ganache and then fondant. All decorations are gum paste or fondant.
