This cake was for a combined birthday for a father and daughter. He loved fishing and was moving to Texas, so this is what I came up with. I have never seen a two sided cake before, but thought it was a good way to include his daughter at his party. That way she could have a girly cake, and he could have his fishing side. You CAN have your cake and eat it too! LOL
