Oh the castle cake...not a fan but I got through it. The birthday girl was happy though. This is one of the two cake I made for her. This one was for her friends party and the other for her family party. I use the wilton set but pulled out only the pieces I needed since they didn't need such a large castle...thank goodness, not the most sturdy thing in the world. :)
