Mosaic Cake
Cake has hand painted mosaic--its painted with luster dust on white chocolate. Top was a mobius stip (per couple's request). Bottom was gingerbread with chocolate ganache. Middle was lemon with lemon curd, and I cant remember what the top was!

This is very pretty. Did you paint the flowers before or after you applied the chocolate pieces to the cake?
I painted the flowers before I applied the chocolate to the cake. They were actually supposed to look like a 'purple heart' plant which was the inspiration for the couple's mosaic table business!
