I made these cupcakes for my family over the weekend. I named them OMG! Cupcakes because the first words out of my husbands mouth after his first bite were "Oh My God!." They are that good! I used Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Cake recipe, SMBC and Dulce de Leche to fill and drizzle!
