My friend wanted a duck in a nappy incorporated in the cake, this is what I came up with...... the big block has 'B' for baby, and the other three blocks have the initials of the other family members on it..... I also didn't have the right sized letter cutters, so had to cut hem all out by hand using a peeling knife, tricky stuff, but managed:) Unfortunately I didn't get the normal amount of time to do a cake like this, so unfortunately not as detailed and as good as I would have liked, but my friend was thrilled with it, so i guess that's the main thing:)
