I traveled out of state to make this cake for someone. So for my first time traveling to make one I tried to keep it as simple as possible. Two cakes, both carrot, one with a vanilla buttercream, the other with a cream cheese. The butter is what added the light yellow color to the icing. The decoration is a buttercream with out the butter. They wanted real flowers so the roses are real. TFL.
