I'm so not happy with this cake. I tried using ganache as my crumb coat for the first time. I guess it went ok, but my MMF was giving me such a hard time. I had so many cracks and huge gaps on the bottom. It was also my first time doing that bas relief. It was a little harder than I thought, but once I got the hang of it, it went pretty well. The birthday boy loved it, so that was the main thing. TFL!!
