I was asked to make a cake that incorporated zebra, brown, pink and monkeys for a "girl" baby shower. Thanks to everyone on here for the inspiration. I LOVE CAKE CENTRAL!!! Cake is vanilla w/ bc icing and filling and covered w/ vanilla fondant. MY FIRST BOW TOO! Turned out good, I think. LOL I made the monkey and leaves out of modeling chocolate and the little flowers are fondant with silver dragees in each.

Did you have some sort of a template for the monkey? Or did you free hand? I'm not a good free-hander lol...It is absolutely adorable!!!

Hi, jcook83. The monkey was from the cricut scrapbooking cartridge that I used in my cricut cake machine.

Kceyp...I used the "Create a Critter" cartridge. It has some pretty cute animals on there.
