This is a mini cake made for a friend who only told me "I hate chocolate!" (Who hates chocolate, and why am I friends with them!??!) Anyway, I went with a banana theme--banana cake with a brown sugar mousse filling. Then I topped it with a whip-cream frosting in yellow swirls. Ended up being delicious (to my surprise!)

Banana Swirl Cake

Like the pastel colour. I dislike chocolate from young so yr friend is not the only one in this whole world.

Oooh banana. All the swirls make me think of fluffy cotton candy. Yummy!
